Our investment operations started in the year 2015.

We have mobilized and managed our members’ savings to undertake various projects across the country without external borrowing for the past 10 years.

So far we have managed to buy and distribute to our members various projects that include:

Kitengela / Kaputiei​

This is a 5-acre piece of land located along Nairobi/Namanga Road (Near KAG) & sub-divided into 50 by 100.

It is a few kilometres from Kampala University Campus.

Komarock / Donyo Sabuk

The project is a 5 acre land sub-divided into 50 by 100 plots.

This is a gated community project located along Mitaboni/Machakos
Road, 3km off Kangudo Road and 300meters from the tarmac.


Kakamega / Butsotso​​

This is a 5-acre piece of land situated along Kakamega/Mumias Road
sub-divided into 50 by 100 plots.


It is already sold and titles issued to the owners.

Nanyuki

This is an 8-acre piece of land sub-divided into 50 by 100 plots.


It is located along
Nanyuki/Doldol Road, approximately 14km from the fast growing Nanyuki town.


This is a gated community project with electrical fence.

Kimuka

The project is 100% sold. The titles are ready for those who
completed payment last year.

Mtaboni / Mitaboni Phase I

The project is a 5-acre piece of land sub-divided into 50 by 100 plots.


It is located along Mitaboni / Machakos Road, 1.8km from the fast growing Mitaboni Town.

This is a gated community project with some of the owners already
settled. Water and electricity are within reach.

The project is fully sold out.

Mtaboni / Mitaboni Phase III

Located in Mitaboni area of Machakos County.

The project is located
approximately one (1) Kilometer from the fast growing Mitaboni Shopping Centre along The Nairobi – Kangundo Road, and 200 Meters off the Machakos – Mitaboni Road.


The project is fully sold and titles issued.

Yatta

The project occupies 20-acre piece of land, located in Machakos Municipality.


It is sub-divided into ¼, ½,1 and 2 acre plots.


The project touches Thika/Garissa Road and is adjacent to NYS Yatta.
